Return policy

  • If we send to you something different from what you have ordered you can return it to us within 30 days for an exchange. Some small variations are to be expected since most items are made by hand.
  • If you have changed your mind about an item that you have ordered from our local inventory then you can return it within 30 days for a partial refund. You will have to pay all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
  • If you would like to return an item that is not in stock and it needs to be made for you then most items cannot be returned. Please ask in advance before placing your order to see if the item you want to order can be returned or not. If a return can be made you will have to pay all the shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. With remaining amount you can buy a different item from our catalog.
  • When you have ordered something that was custom made per your requirements or measurements then most likely it cannot be returned. Damaged or lost packages

  • Alpha Omega uses third party shipping companies, that we are not affiliated with, to ship all of our products. We choose reputable companies but some times accidents do happen and packages may be damaged or lost during transit.
  • Always inspect the package before you sign and accept it. If the package looks damaged on the outside the product inside is probably damaged as well. Refuse accepting the package and call the shipping company right away. They should be able to guide through the process. If you need any help call us.
  • If you want to accept the package hoping that the contents are intact then make a note, and have the delivery person sign it, describing the visual damage of the package and your reservations about the state of the product inside the package. Keep a copy for yourself and give another copy to the delivery person.
  • If the package did not appear damaged when you received it but the product inside is damaged please contact us and we will try to guide you through the process of claiming the damage with the shipping company.
  • If the package does not arrive please call the shipping company and ask them to locate it.
  • Damages during shipping or lost packages is a rare exception so it does happen. Our recommendation is to always buy the extra shipping insurance for your shipments because by default packages are insured up to $100 only.

Payments

  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).
  • A 3% transaction fee will be added to your total if you choose to pay by credit cards. We pay these fees to the credit card companies.
  • 1% late fee will be charged every month for any payments that are more that 45 days late.

Low price guarantee

  • We pride ourselves in working very hard to minimize our costs and offer to our customers items of exceptional quality in exceptionally low prices.
  • If you find the same item sold somewhere else for less please let us know. We will match their price while offering to you the same exceptional customer service and support.

Copyrights and Other Intellectual Property

  • Our company respects the intellectual property of others, and we require of others the same.
  • You may not download, upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that is a part of our website without our prior approval.
  • If you believe that any material residing on or linked to from our site infringes your copyright, please send to our company a notification of claimed infringement with all of the following information: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works; (b) identification of the claimed infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the Company Services (such as the URL(s) of the claimed infringing material); (c) information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address; (d) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (e) a statement by you that the above information in your notification is accurate and a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
